$150.00 Deposit Payment towards any procedure on Services. Training Courses have different deposit. Please see online booking for Training Courses on Deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. With 2 weeks’ notice prior to cancellation deposit will be transferred to next available appointment. It is the Client/Customer responsibility to booked missed appointment on companies on-line booking system to guarantee an appointment.
If a 2-month touch-up appointment is missed, you will need to call directly to the Studio and speak with the Artist to book you the missed appointment. Please take into consideration we are booked up to 3 months in advance.
LATE
We can NOT take you in if you are more that 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
This will be a NO-SHOW and will move to the next client/customer.
Please be on time.
NO SHOWS
New or existing clients who FAIL to show without cancellation of notice will be charged 100% of the Service booked through their credit card on file and will not be able to be rebooked without paying service in full.
TOUCH UP TIME FRAMES
Client/Customer is responsible to keep track of all their Touch-Up appointments. Please book accordingly to your new set of eyebrows’ tattoo timeline. Recommended Touch-Up time frame is between 6-12 months for Annual Touch- Up. If the appointment is booked after the one-year mark from your last Touch-Up, then the price will increase.
The Touch-up is then considered a 2 Year Touch-up, even by one day. Tattoo eyebrow that has passed the 2-year mark is considered a New Set and client/customer will be charged full price.
EXPECTATIONS
Semi-Permanent and Permanent make up/tattoo is NOT suitable for everyone. We cannot guarantee Successful results.
Clients/Customers will problem skin may not be suitable for
Permanent Makeup. We do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to the company.
